The Cosmology
Planet · metal · plant
In the old traditions, each planet rules a metal and a plant, and meets the body in a daily ritual. Grounded Ritual is built on that web: a house of Ayurvedic rituals, natural objects and living botanicals, one for each part of the body and the day. In this language we are a house of Venus, the planet of beauty, the senses, and the living earth. The medallion is the Sun. The six planets orbit it, each carrying its plant and its practice down into something you can hold.
These planet, metal and plant correspondences are ancient symbolism, shared as story, not health claims. Where we use metal, it is food-safe pure copper. The rest of the house is built from plants and the earth.

Ayurvedic rituals, natural objects, living plants
One house, many rituals. Every object we make belongs to a planet, a plant, and a part of the body, from the first water of the morning to the oiling of the feet at night. Two are here now. The rest are on their way.

Miswak
Natural by Design
Pure materials, honest words
Everything we make begins with what the earth already made: pure metals, living plants, and simple daily practices. We describe each object only as what it truly is.
Pure metals
Where we use metal, it is 99.9%+ food-safe copper, confirmed by mill test certificate before any batch is approved, and finished by hand.
Living plants
Our botanicals come from the Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia: sesame, saffron, brahmi, lotus, miswak, peppermint. Plants first, chosen for the ritual they belong to.
Honest claims
Symbolic metals such as tin, silver and lead live only in the storytelling, never in a product. We say what an object does, and nothing it does not.

Our Story
The universe already made what we need.
Rooted in nature. Revealed in you.
Grounded Ritual began with a simple question: what if the things that truly care for us were never invented, only remembered?
We are a small Canadian house of Ayurvedic rituals, natural objects and living plants, built on an old idea. Long before laboratories, the earth already offered what a daily ritual asks for. We simply reach for what was already here.
It starts with the earth. Pure metals and living plants that people have reached for across thousands of years, shaped here into daily practices you can hold: a scrape at dawn, a first cup of water, oil on the skin, oil on the feet at night. Around them we built a small cosmology, the same one the old traditions told: planets bound to metals, metals to plants, plants to the body, and the body to a quiet daily practice.
We make things to last, and to return gently to the earth when their time is done. We keep our claims honest and our materials pure. And we invite you into a way of beginning the day that is thousands of years old, and entirely your own.
The Manifesto
What we believe
The universe already made what we need.
Long before laboratories, the earth offered everything a morning ritual asks for: pure metals, living plants, simple daily practices. We believe the things that keep us are not invented, but remembered. So we do not reach for synthetics. We reach for what was already here.
What comes from the earth should return to it.
Nothing we make is meant to become waste. A wellness object should live a long life in your hands, and when its time is done, go back to the world it came from, not sit in it. We choose pure materials and honest packaging, because a ritual of care should not cost the earth its own.
Everything is connected.
Ever wonder how the moon, so far away, moves the tides of an entire sea? The old traditions saw the same web everywhere: planets bound to metals, metals to plants, plants to the body, the body to a daily practice. We do not ask you to believe it as science. We offer it as story, a way of remembering that you are part of something larger, and that a small morning ritual can be a way of touching it.
